Located on the popular BCS Marsfield site, BCS Shalom Centre offers residents the option of extra services for a Premium Lifestyle Choice.

The contemporary and comfortable BCS Shalom Centre has been developed around a series of ‘houses’ - each which contain a cluster of clients' rooms, living and dining areas, a kitchenette and access to a sundeck overlooking bushland.

High Care

BCS Shalom has 32 single rooms (Premium Lifestyle Choice – Extra Service) and 30 double rooms (non extra service) all for high care residents located on the first floor. All rooms have an emergency call system and ensuites.

Dementia Care

BCS Shalom has another 33 single rooms for high care residents (Premium Lifestyle Choice – Extra Service) and an additional 30 single rooms (non extra service) for residents who have high and low care needs. All these residents are looked after in dedicated and secure dementia care areas located on the ground floor. Clients are encouraged to participate in daily activities, such as preparing meals, setting tables and other meaningful activities.  The clients are supported by staff in these activities, which also provides for a positive interaction between staff and clients.
